  • Storage & Consolidation: We store received items and combine multiple packages into one shipment upon your request.
  • Repackaging: We optimize box size, add protection, and remove unnecessary materials to reduce dimensional weight and shipping costs.
  • FBA Prep & Fulfillment: We handle labeling, bundling, and preparation of goods according to Amazon or marketplace requirements.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide through trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS, with tracking and insurance options.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be received, stored, or shipped:

  • Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods.
  • Illegal items, weapons, ammunition, or controlled substances.
  • Counterfeit products or items violating intellectual property rights.
  • Goods restricted by carrier or destination country laws.

Pack Services USA reserves the right to reject, confiscate, or report prohibited items to authorities as required by law.

5. Customs, Duties & Compliance

You are responsible for providing accurate customs declarations and declared values. Import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by destination customs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. Under-declaring value or misrepresenting contents may lead to penalties, delays, or confiscation, for which Pack Services USA is not liable.

6. Fees & Payments

All service fees are published on our Pricing page. Charges may include handling, consolidation, repackaging, storage, and carrier shipping costs. Payment must be completed before shipment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and balance top-ups. Unpaid balances may delay shipments or result in account suspension.

7. Storage Policy

We offer free storage for a limited time (typically 30 days) after package arrival. After this period, storage fees apply per package per day. Unpaid storage beyond the maximum retention period may result in disposal without refund.

8. Insurance & Liability

Insurance is optional and must be selected during shipment creation. Coverage is limited to the declared value of goods. Pack Services USA is not responsible for loss or damage caused by carriers, customs inspections, natural disasters, or items shipped without insurance.

9. Returns & Refunds

Return services are available upon request and subject to additional charges. Service fees for completed work (e.g., handling, repackaging) are non-refundable. If a refund is due, it will be processed using your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of our system. You may close your account anytime after settling outstanding balances.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pack Services USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific shipment or service in question.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
